WHO ARE WE

We’re a color fusion of many people, cultures and energies. But together, we’re one big family. Our story is unique.

After keeping our band exclusive to family and friends since 1980, we branched into adult mas 10 years later. Soon after, we were designing and producing mas for large Carnival bands throughout Trinidad.

But we were only getting started...

After showcasing our quality productions in Trinidad, we set our sights further afield. Our founder and visionary, Revel Sankar, saw the potential to take the brand global; and he did. In 1996, Mascots International was born. We made our first appearance as Mascots International on the Miami Carnival scene with an intimate band of just over 100. Today, we are one of the premier Carnival bands in Miami.

What started as a close-knit family band has now grown into an international carnival phenomenon. We’ve fostered partnerships with premier entertainment brands around the world to bring you an expressive fusion of vibes that you won’t find elsewhere in Miami. In keeping with the legacy of Uncle Revel, our Sankar family intends to provide all members with beautiful costumes, a fantastic experience from registration to the road and always a warm welcome.
